Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy

On-/Off-Body

Tibetan singing bowl therapy offers a gentle, restorative space to pause, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Through resonant tones, sustained vibrations and mindful listening, the practice invites you to step away from everyday demands, soften physical tension and settle into a calmer state.

Sessions are designed to support stress relief, emotional regulation and nervous system relaxation, giving you time to slow down, notice your experience and find moments of stillness. There is no need to achieve a particular state or experience anything specific — simply rest, listen and allow yourself to be present.

On-body sound therapy

Singing bowls are placed gently on selected areas of the body and played with care. The resulting vibrations can be felt directly, offering a focused sensory experience that may help you become more aware of bodily tension and invite a sense of physical ease.

Off-body sound therapy

The bowls are played around you without direct physical contact, allowing the sounds to surround you as you rest comfortably. This is a gentle, non-contact option for those who prefer more space, personal choice or a less physically involved experience.

Both approaches are tailored to your comfort, preferences and needs, with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment where you can relax, restore and reconnect with yourself.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Interweaving modern anatomy and the practical applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts, Yin Yoga was born from the marriage of Eastern philosophy and Western biomechanics. It promotes holistic wellbeing using long-held poses targeting deep tissues including fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and even bones, leaving you physically, energetically and mentally rejuvenated.

Suitable for those looking to explore longer-held postures and cultivate greater body awareness and mobility. Yin Yoga may particularly appeal to people who enjoy a quiet and introspective practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Supported by various props, restorative yoga employs gentle postures that allow the body to soften and rest without effort. The practice is designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and release accumulated tension and stress.

Suitable for anyone seeking deep rest, relaxation and a gentle, supported yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a step-by-step meditative practice that invites the practitioner into a state of conscious relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. It cultivates body awareness and interoception, while creating an opportunity to access the deeply restful state associated with increased theta brainwave activity, which is present during the pre-REM stage of the sleep cycle.

I create my own scripts, drawing from my own life experiences and my love of words. My approach is also informed by the Satyananda tradition and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I see words as a bridge between the outer world and the inner one, gently guiding the practitioner towards stillness. Each script is an invitation to pause, to listen and to let the imagination unfold in its own quiet way.

Suitable for anyone seeking deep rest or relaxation, including those who feel mentally busy or experience difficulty falling asleep or maintaining a restful bedtime routine. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
